"JOJODAY STAGE", a fan event for the anime series " JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE Adventure", based on the popular manga by Hirohiko Araki , was held on April 12th at the National Yoyogi Stadium Yoyogi Second Gymnasium (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo). The event linked the "past" and "future" of the series, and featured voice actors such as Kazuyuki Daisuke Ono , who plays Jonathan Joestar, Jotaro Kujo , who plays Jotaro Kujo, Junichi Suwabe, who plays Leone Abbacchio, Fairouz Ai, who plays Jolyne Kujo, and Kenta Miyake, who plays Mohammed Avdol.
In the talk corner, the voice actors talked about how they first encountered "JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE Bizarre Adventure," behind-the-scenes stories from their auditions, and the appeal of the anime series. Tomokazu Sugita, who plays Joseph Joestar, Ono Yuki, who plays Yuki Ono, Kensho Ono Issei Takahashi, who plays Kishibe Rohan in the live-action "JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe Adventure" series, also appeared in video and shared their thoughts on the work. The unit "JO☆STARS," consisting of TOMMY, Coda, and JIN, who have sung the opening themes of the anime "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure," also appeared and performed a live show.
The results of the "Episode General Election" fan voting project were also announced. Fans were invited to vote for their favorite episode from all 190 episodes of the six series that have aired so far, and more than 50,000 votes were received in total. The winners in each series were episode 1 "Invader Dio" from "Phantom Blood," episode 20 "Caesar's Lonely Youth" from "Battle Tendency," episode 48 "A Long Journey, Farewell My Friend" from " Stardust Crusaders," episode 10 "Let's Go Eat Italian Food" from "Diamond is Unbreakable," episode 28 "Under the Sky that Looks Like It's About to Fall" from "Golden Wind," and episode 38 "What a Wonderful World" from "Stone Ocean."
In his closing remarks, Daisuke Ono spoke about his feelings about the series he had starred in, saying, "The 'Jo' in Jotaro's name means to inherit and pass on. I would like to pass on this hymn to humanity. Please love JoJo!"
At the event, it was also announced that the seventh part of the original work, "Steel Ball Run," will be made into an anime. The title is "Steel Ball Run: JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE Adventure," and the image visual, visuals of the main characters Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli, and a special trailer were released.
