The special program "Zawatsuku! New Year's Eve," which aired on New Year's Eve, also performed well, with the first part (from 5 PM) recording a 5.7% overall individual and 9.6% household viewership, the second part (from 6 PM) recording a 7.1% overall individual and 11.2% household viewership, and the third part (from 7:30 PM) recording a 4.2% overall individual and 7.0% household viewership. On average, it was the top commercial broadcaster in the same time slot. This marks the fifth consecutive year that it has been the top commercial broadcaster in the same time slot, demonstrating its unwavering presence in the fierce end-of-year battleground.
