It has been announced that singer Suzuki Masayuki's Osaka performance of his latest tour, to be held at the Festival Hall (Kita-ku, Osaka) on July 16th, will be broadcast live on WOWOW.
Suzuki, also known as the "King of Love Songs," is celebrating his 45th anniversary since debuting as part of the group "The Chanels" this year, and will release his anniversary best album "All Time Doo Wop!!" on April 16th. Following this, he will embark on a nationwide tour, "Masayuki Suzuki Taste of Martini Tour 2025 ~ Step123 Season 2 "All Time Doo Wop" ~," from the 19th of the same month. As the titles of the album and tour suggest, the tour will feature plenty of "Doo Wop," the origin of Suzuki's music.
They will perform pop numbers that will move the body and soul, including the timeless classic "Runaway" and "Megumi no Hito," which has been covered by many artists, as well as their trademark exquisite love songs, and we can expect a stage packed with their 45-year history.
The Osaka performance will be broadcast and streamed live on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand from 6:30 pm on July 16th.
