All-Star Thanksgiving:"SASUKE"Yusuke Morimoto wins the "Akasaka 5-chome Mini Marathon" after fending off the fierce pursuit of "God of Youth" Hiroki Wakabayashi (Top runners)

TBS's large-scale special program "All-Star Thanksgiving 2025 Spring," hosted by Koji Imada and Wakako Shimazaki, will be broadcast live from 5:40 pm on March 29th. Yusuke Morimoto, a SASUKE winner, won his first victory in the popular "Akasaka 5-chome Mini Marathon." Kenji Moriwaki also completed the race.

This time, the course was the longest ever, about 5km long, and required participants to climb the famous "Heart-Breaking Hill" six times. Hiroki Wakabayashi, also known as the "God of Youth," who set a new section record in the Hakone Ekiden, participated in this race as his last as a student. Past winners Fumiya Sano (OWV) and Rinnei Sugada (B&ZAI), as well as regular runners Kenji Moriwaki, Harry Sugiyama, and Yoshio Kojima also entered the race and ran through the new course.

Kazami Waka from the idol group "Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku" took the lead and made a big breakaway, keeping the lead until the fourth lap. Actor Watanabe Aoi and Takeru from "Tokyo Hoteison" followed closely behind.

However, SASUKE winner Yusuke Morimoto finally caught up with Kazami near the end of the fourth lap and took the lead, winning his first victory in just his second time participating. He also managed to fend off the fierce pursuit of top-ranked Wakabayashi.
