◇Episode 1 Synopsis
Shino Kajiya (Tanabe) is a 4th year employee of the PR department of Kajiya Foods, a long-established Western confectionery manufacturer. She is the only daughter of Kajiya Foods' president, Motoji Kajiya (Okouchi Hiroshi). Shino is engaged to someone chosen by her father, Motoji.

Shino got engaged to Tachibana three years ago, who has been with the company for seven years and is the ace of the sales department, perfect in both looks and personality. However, even when they go on dates, he always brings her home before curfew, and they never move on from kissing...
One day, a new employee, Yui Hanazawa (Oto Abe), is assigned to the sales department. Shino's heart flutters when she sees Tachibana interacting with Yui as her supervisor. At home, Shino is reading her favorite digital comic, "Frustrating Office Love with a Handsome Colleague," and she notices that the comic is strangely similar to the situation she and her coworkers find themselves in. However, according to the comic, Shino's position is not that of a heroine, but rather that of someone who gets in the way of the protagonists' love...!?
