The local visuals for the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan ," starring actress Mio Imada and set to begin on March 31 in the first half of the 2025 fiscal year, were released on the NHK Kochi Broadcasting Station's official X (formerly Twitter) on February 27. The visuals feature one-shot images of Imada, who plays the protagonist Asada Nobu, and Takumi Kitamura , who plays Takashi Yanai , along with a handwritten message for Kochi Prefecture, where the story is set.
" Anpan" is written by Miho Nakazono, who is known for the "Doctor X: Surgeon Daimon Michiko" (TV Asahi) series, and tells the story of Takashi Yanase Takashi, who was still a nobody at the time, and his wife Nobu Komatsu overcome all sorts of rough seas to reach Anpanman. Imada will play Asada Nobu, who is based on Nobu, and Kitamura will play Takashi Yanai, who is based on Yanase.
