The seventh episode of the drama series " Madoka26sai,Kenshui Yattemasu! " (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm) starring actress Kyoko Yoshine was broadcast on February 25th. Madoka (Yoshine)'s concern for her patients became a hot topic on social media.

Madoka's next training location is a psychiatric department. One day, she is assigned to take over a patient, Yuno Sakamoto (Miu Arai), who cuts her wrists, from the emergency room to the psychiatric department.
Madoka exchanged contact information with Yuno at her request. However, she was unable to respond to Yuno's frequent messages, which caused trouble. Madoka came to understand the meaning of her supervising doctor Noguchi's (Toshiyuki Itakura) words, "the sense of distance is important."
Madoka told Yuno, "I promise you that I can do what I can. I will come and see you before the end of my shift. But if I can't, another doctor will listen to you. This is a promise between Sakamoto-san and the hospital." Madoka kept her promise after that, encouraging Yuno to calm down while maintaining an appropriate distance.
One day, a bowling tournament between hospitals is held, and Madoka, who is participating, receives a message from Yuno. After a brief exchange, Yuno sends a message saying, "I'm feeling great. It's all thanks to you, Dr. Madoka. Thank you for everything. Do your best."
Noguchi's advice to be careful when patients say things like "Thank you for everything" and "I'm fine" crossed Madoka's mind. She called Yuno but couldn't get through. Madoka had a bad feeling and couldn't stay sitting still, so she put on her bowling shoes and went back to the hospital.
Madoka found Yuno on the balcony instead of in her hospital room. She grabbed her and pleaded, "Please calm down. Let's talk. Just stay calm and look me in the eye."
However, Yuno seemed surprised and asked, "Did you really think I was going to jump?" Yuno replied that she had just tried to grab her handkerchief because it had been blown away by the wind, to which Madoka replied with a relieved look, "Oh, I'm glad I was mistaken."
On social media, comments included, "I'm glad it was a misunderstanding! Madoka is so kind, I can feel relieved," "Madoka-sensei is so kind, she noticed the dangerous signs and came rushing over," "I'm glad it was a misunderstanding.
