The seventh episode of the TV drama series "Zaibatsu Fukushu" (TV Tokyo, Mondays 11:06pm), starring actors Keisuke Watanabe and Miori Takimoto, aired on February 17th. The episode featured a scene in which Erika (Takimoto) proposes something to her husband Masayuki (Takeda Kohei), and the final development that followed caused a stir on social media.

In episode 7, Yukiya (Watanabe), who was unjustly detained in retaliation from the Ise family, is released by Seiichiro (Watanabe Ikkei). Erika and Masayuki cannot hide their irritation at Seiichiro's unexpected actions.
Meanwhile, Yukiya's next act of revenge is to expose the numerous wrongdoings that have taken place at the Ise Group's 150th anniversary ceremony. The pamphlet that Yukiya replaced contains all the wrongdoings that have taken place at the Ise Group, and the ceremony is canceled. Masayuki is furious, saying that it is Seiichiro's mistake. Yukiya then calls Seiichiro out. There, Seiichiro reveals his feelings for Yukiya's mother Saori (Murakawa Eri), which he had never spoken about before, how Saori's factory went bankrupt due to Kyoko's (Takaoka Saki) harassment, and how he took in Yukiya out of guilt...
At the end of the episode, Erika and Masayuki put the pamphlet that Yukiya had replaced on fire. Erika then tells Masayuki, "So, your father is no longer of any use," and Masayuki criticizes Seiichiro for being manipulated by Yukiya, saying, "He's an empty shell." Hearing this, Erika whispers to Masayuki, "Maybe it's best to put your father at ease..." Afterwards, Masayuki visits Seiichiro's room with a container of what appears to be a drink in his hand, and in the final scene, only Seiichiro's chair is shown, empty.
On social media, many people expressed their horror at Erika's "whisper" to Masayuki and the final scene. Comments such as "What is Erika saying...", "It's too scary", "Erika gets scarier with each episode...", "Erika is scary", "This couple is doomed", and "Just stop already..." were posted.
