The popular variety show "Unnan Extreme Game Battle! The Ironea ~Make Me Laugh and Win 1 Million Yen~" (TBS), which is being hosted by the comedy duo "Ucchan Nanchan" and is making a comeback for the first time in eight years, has announced the challengers for its three and a half hour special (February 24th at 6:30 pm), and it has been revealed that Nanbara Kiyotaka of Ucchan Nanchan will be appearing as a challenger for the first time. Nanbara will be teaming up with his "friend of 30 years" for the challenge.
"Iromonea" is a variety show where comedians choose a genre to challenge from five genres: "One-liner jokes," "Impersonations," "Short skits," "Monoboke," and "Silent." Of the five judges randomly selected from the 100 audience members, the comedians must be able to make three of them laugh in the first to fourth challenges, and all five in the final challenge, to win 1 million yen. It began in 2005 and has been broadcast as a regular program and special program. This time, it will be revived as a special program to commemorate Nanbara's 60th birthday.
In addition to Nanbara, there will be other comedians who have won 1 million yen before, such as Bananaman, who have participated the most with 16 appearances, Gekidan Hitori, Zun, and Drunk Dragon, as well as King of Conte winners such as Love Letters, Sarugorilla, Biscuit Brothers, and Hanako, as well as Kintaro from Nishikigoi and EXIT.
