It has been revealed that the ending theme (ED) of the TV anime "Alien Muumuu," based on the manga by Yuki Miyashita currently being serialized in "Young King Ours" (Shonen Gahosha), will be a cover of the hit song "Goodbye Humanity" by the band "Tama." The song will be arranged by the music unit "Kuri Corder Quartet" and sung by "Sakurako & Muumuu," consisting of Muumuu played by Etsuko Kozakura and Sakurako Umeyashiki played by Momono Harumi.
It was also announced that a screening of episodes 1 and 2 will be held at 109 Cinemas Grandberry Park (Machida, Tokyo) on February 22nd. Voice actors Kozakura, Harumi, Kajiwara Gakuto, Kiuchi Hidenobu Kiuchi, and Fujii Yukiyo will be in attendance.
The story is about Muumuu, a cat-like alien who came to Earth from far away space and learns about home appliance technology on Earth in order to recover the technology his race lost. The protagonist Sakurako's ordinary college life is transformed by the arrival of Muumuu. Broadcast in spring 2025.
