It has been announced that a new work in the Missing Pieces (Rittosha) series, which allows readers to compare the original magazine editions of Osamu Tezuka's manga with their comic book versions, Phoenix Missing Pieces - Nostalgia Chapter, will be released on February 28th. The Missing Pieces series has previously released Black Jack and The Three-Eyed One, which have been much talked about. The new work will focus on Phoenix, Nostalgia Chapter, which has had the most changes, and the related work Hagoromo Chapter.

The "Nostalgia Arc" and the related "Hagoromo Arc," which have been revised three times in the past, have undergone bold changes, including minor changes such as changing lines, erasing characters, and modifying illustrations, as well as major revisions to the structure. Some of the words and descriptions are now considered inappropriate, but because the author is deceased and there was no discriminatory intent behind them, the book will reprint them as the original versions without any revisions or changes.
