A "New Year's illustration" for the TV anime "Apocalypse Hotel," a joint project between CyberAgent and Cygames Pictures, has been released. The illustration was drawn by character designer Izumi Takemoto, and includes a New Year's greeting, "Happy New Year, Apocalypse Hotel," along with the snake, this year's zodiac sign, and the back of a "certain character" who also appears in the teaser visual.
The anime's official website is also running a campaign to give away a signed poster of Takemoto to three lucky winners.
The setting of "Apocalypse Hotel" is a world where humanity has disappeared and civilization has collapsed, and the story unfolds in a historic hotel that remains in Ginza. Shigeru Murakoshi, who has worked on "Zombie Land Saga" and "NINJA KAMUI," will be in charge of the series composition. Singer Aiko will be in charge of the opening theme "skirt." The series will be broadcast in 2025.
