Actor Mitsuki Takahata appeared at the new CM announcement event for Amutus' digital comic distribution service "Mecha Comic" held in Tokyo on December 26th. Takahata explained about the "hot water bottle," "I have a cat at home, and at this time of year, he comes into bed with me. He sleeps on my side. Every year at this time of year, I mistakenly think that my cat likes me." She continued with a smile, "Right now, for a limited time, there is a moment when my cat becomes a hot water bottle, so I'm really happy when he sleeps."
Also, when asked about her "best memory of the year," she flipped through the screen and answered, "A very Dubrovnik-like event." "Dubrovnik is the name of a place. I went to Croatia with my family in the summer, and there is a place called Dubrovnik, which was an incredibly beautiful place. I loved it so much that I recommended it to many people after coming back to Japan," she recalled.
At the event, Takahata also unveiled a new commercial, "Romance is overflowing. 'Holiday - Late' and 'Holiday - Bed'." In the commercial, Takahata is seen relaxing while lying down, and said with a smile, "I'm actually lazy at home too. The lazy feeling made me feel like I was at home, so I was able to film in a very relaxed manner." In the commercial, she is also seen with her socks half off, and said with a wry smile, "That's just me, sometimes my socks come off (laughs). I'm looking up (reading manga) and my phone falls on my face." The new commercial will air nationwide from December 27th.
