WOWOW's program distribution service, "WOWOW On Demand," has announced its lineup of anime to be distributed in the January 2025 period. The lineup will include the second season of the TV anime " The Apothecary Diaries ," based on the light novel by Natsu Hyuga , which originated from the novel submission site " Shosetsuka ni Naro a Novelist," the TV anime "SAKAMOTO DAYS," based on the popular manga by Suzuki Yuto, which is currently being serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), the fourth and final season of the TV anime "Dr. Stone," based on the manga serialized in the same magazine, "Dr. Stone Science Future," as well as the original anime " Zenshu," produced by MAPPA, and the golf-themed original TV anime "Sorairo Utility."
From January 4, 2025, "Sorairo Utility" (Saturday 2:00 AM), from the 6th, "Zenshu" (Monday 11:45 PM), from the 9th, "Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE" (Thursday 10:30 PM) will be distributed. From the 11th, the second season of "The Apothecary Diaries" (first episode at 12:30 AM, Saturday 12:00 AM thereafter) and "SAKAMOTO DAYS" (Saturday 11:30 PM) will be distributed.
For the second season, "Blue Box", "Trillion Game", "Touhai - Ura Rate Mahjong Touhairoku -", "Dragon Ball Daima" and "The Blue Wolves of Mibu" will continue to be distributed. As for older anime, "Ranma 1/2" and "Haikyu!!" series will be distributed from January 1st.
