The key visual for the Akihabara arc of the TV anime series "Maou 2099," based on the light novel that won the Grand Prize at the 33rd Fantasia Awards, has been released. The visual centers around the new character Hizuki, along with the main character, the demon lord Berthol, Makina, Takahashi, and Trato and Cornea, influential figures in the "Magic District" and "Electric District" of Akihabara City.
It was also announced that additional cast members will include Yamane Ayaka as Yamada Reynard Hizuki, Kanemoto Hisako as Trato Goethel, Hikasa Yoko as Mag Rosanta, and Sato Setuji as Cornea Severud. The second promotional video, "Cyber Magical Magino City Akihabara," featuring the new characters, has also been released on YouTube.
