The 1139th episode of "Detective Conan" (Yomiuri TV/Nippon TV, Saturday 6pm), an anime TV series based on Gosho Aoyama's popular manga, "Sister Troubled by Mean Little Brother", will air on October 19th.
Makabe Satsuki comes to the Mouri Detective Agency with a request after slanderous flyers have started to be posted on her apartment. Kogoro, who is staking out the apartment, apprehends a suspicious young man. A few days later, a body is discovered in a room in a luxury apartment. The victim, Doba Ryoichi, has a bad reputation around him. An anonymous phone call leads to Satsuki being summoned to the police as a suspect. Satsuki claims to have an alibi, but her younger brother, who was supposed to be with her, says that he "hasn't seen anyone."
"Detective Conan" is a popular manga serialized by Aoyama in the manga magazine "Weekly Shonen Sunday" (Shogakukan). It depicts elementary school detective Conan Edogawa solving one difficult case after another.
