"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a website where anime buyer Higuchi Sho from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its wide selection of anime songs, reports on best-selling anime songs and the voices of the sales floor. The number one single at the store from September 29th to October 6th was "Fanfare!!!", the third single by "Mirakura Park!", a unit within the group of virtual school idol group "Hasunozora Girls' Academy School Idol Club" from the popular "Love Live!" series.

"Mirakura Park!" is a three-person unit consisting of Osawa Rurino (Suga Kanazu), Fujishima Megumi (Tsukine Kona), and Anyoji Hime (Kurusu Rin). The title song of "Fanfare!!!", which won the top spot, is a "radio wave" pop song that depicts the conflict of feelings of first-year Anyoji Hime as she faces what she likes. The 104th version of "Identity" is also included. This time, the fourth single "Tsukiyomi Kurage" by "Trize Bouquet," a unit within the group "Hasunozora Girls' Academy School Idol Club," ranked in fourth place, and "DOLLCHESTRA's" fourth single "Proof" ranked in sixth place.
In third place is "Beyond the way/blender," the ninth single by "Vivid BAD SQUAD," a unit that appears in the smartphone game "Project SEKAI Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku (ProSeka)." In fifth place is popular VTuber Ryugasaki Rin's first full album, "Stairs."
In addition, the mini album "ELEMENTS" by Ave Mujica, a band featured in the popular anime and game "BanG Dream!", came in at 7th place, and "bLACKbLUE," the 10th anniversary best album by composer Hiroyuki Sawano's vocal project "SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]," debuted at 8th place.

He got into anime because of 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion", "BLUE SEED", and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flame", and among anime songs, he loves character songs, especially songs related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!". His favorite anime and games are "Pretty Rhythm", "The Idolmaster", "Photo Kano", and "Sakura Wars".
