Tamamori Yuta of the popular group Kis-My-Ft2 attended the TBS DRAMA COLLECTION 2024 AUTUMN held in Tokyo on October 5th. In the drama series "I Want to Punch That Scum" (Tuesdays at 10pm), starring Nao, which starts on the 8th, Tamamori plays a "Swamp Man". Nao revealed that she calls him "Swamp Man".
The drama is a romantic comedy with an entirely original story about Sato Hokomi (Nao), who is abandoned by her boyfriend on her wedding day, and who meets a mysterious blonde man, Kuzuya Kairi (Tamamori), at the lowest point in her life. She decides, "I don't want to be made to cry by scum men anymore!" and starts boxing to change herself.
Tamamori introduced Kairi as "a mysterious blond man, and I can't say much about him right now, but he's a cameraman by day and a bartender by night, and his title is to make all the girls go crazy." He added, "I'm doing it while thinking it's difficult."
Nao declared, "I can confidently call him a 'man who makes women go crazy,'" explaining, "He's mysterious and full of mysteries. He looks cool but kind, the type that makes women's hearts skip a beat." She went on to reveal, "There's something about Tamamori himself that exudes that, so I've asked him to call me 'Numamori-san.'" Tamamori smiled and said, "I'll turn my head if you call me that."
The event on this day was a joint press conference for the new drama that will start on the same station this fall. Also in attendance were Sae Okazaki and Atsuro Watabe, who co-star in the drama, Yuya Yagira, who stars in the drama series "Lion's Lair" (Friday 10pm, starts on the 11th), and Ryunosuke Kamiki, who stars in the drama series "Diamonds Sleeping in the Sea" (Sunday 9pm, starts on the 20th).
