"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a program where anime buyer Higuchi Sho from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its wide selection of anime songs, reports on best-selling anime songs and the voices of the sales floor. The number one spot at the store from September 15th to 22nd was the new CD ".Matenro" by the Shinjuku Division "Matenro" of the music-based character rap project "Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-" (Hypnosis Mic).
◇Last week's results
The top-ranked ".Matenro" is the fourth of the division CDs released by "Hypnosis Mic" over seven consecutive months, and includes solo songs by each of the three members of the Shinjuku Division "Matenro" as well as a new drama track. Jinguji Jakurai's solo song "Ifuu Soso" is also attracting attention for its luxurious lineup of songwriters, with lyrics written by Micro and Shinji Hirao of the music unit "Def Tech" and music composed by Micro and Nagacho. Upcoming CDs are scheduled to be released by Osaka Division's "Dotsuitare Honpo," Nagoya Division's "Bad Ass Temple," and Chuo-ku's "Koto no Ha To."
In second place is "Bring the LOVE!", the theme song CD for "LoveLive! Series Asia Tour 2024 ~A Story We Make Come True~," the first joint Asia live tour of the popular anime series "LoveLive!". Idols from each group are in charge of singing the songs, including Watanabe You from "Aqours," Uehara Ayumu from "LoveLive! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club," Shibuya Kanon from "LoveLive! Superstar!!," Hinoshita Kaho from "Hasunozora Girls' Academy School Idol Club," and Kosaka Honoka (guest singer) from μ's (Muse).
In third place is the debut album "KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1- 'We are SePTENTRION!!!!!!!'" by the unit "SePTENTRION," which includes the theme song "LINK WORLD" for the latest movie version of the popular anime "KING OF PRISM" series, "KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1-." "SePTENTRION" is a unit formed by seven members of Edel Rose, Ichijo Shin, Tachibana Yukinojo, Kougami Taiga, Juouin Kakeru, Takahashi Minato, Saionji Leo, and Suzuno Yuu, after the Prism Show Championship "PRISM.1." The album contains a total of 10 songs, including "LINK WORLD."
In fourth place is the album "DIALOGUE +3" by the female voice actor unit "DIALOGUE +." Coming in at 6th and 10th place were "Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight Stage Sozou Drama Harukanaru El Dorado In-game Songs EP" and "Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight Stage Sozou Drama Harukanaru El Dorado In-game Songs Album," which contain songs from the game "Shoujo☆Kageki Revue Starlight Stage Sozou Drama Harukanaru El Dorado," a media mix project that includes musicals and anime.
In 8th place was the 9th single "Integral/Regulus" by the band "Leo/need," which appears in the smartphone game "Project Sekai Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku (ProSeka)."
