The fourth episode of the movie information program "Nakajima Kento Movie Traveler" (WOWOW), hosted by Nakajima Kento, will be broadcast at midnight on October 12th. This is the final episode of the "India Edition," and the setting continues to be Mumbai, the "holy land" of Indian movies known as "Bollywood." Nakajima will interview India's leading action director, Sunil Rodriguez. A preview of the fourth episode has been released on WOWOW's official YouTube.

Rodriguez has directed powerful action scenes in "Pathaan" (2023) and "Tiger: The Spy Who Trapped" (same channel), which were also released in Japan, and has contributed greatly to the success of the film. You can experience the amazing action he creates in his new work "JAWAN" (same channel), which is scheduled to be released in Japan in November. It is an action blockbuster that was a mega-hit that ranked first in Indian box office revenue in 2023. How are the action scenes that continue to evolve and excite the audience created? There will also be a special release of precious behind-the-scenes footage of the film, which even Nakajima was surprised by.

Following on from the last episode, Nakahara Keiko, one of the top cinematographers in the Indian film industry, will be interviewed. Nakahara will talk passionately about her feelings for Indian films.

And we will also enjoy the source of energy for Indian film production staff, the "set meals." During the break, Nakajima heads to the dining space attached to the studio. In India, where many people are vegetarian for religious reasons, there is a custom of eating snacks between main meals to satisfy hunger, and even on set, there are "snack breaks" that are not often heard of in Japan.

In a buffet format, Nakajima can help himself to about 10 types of snacks, including standard and traditional Indian dishes, and Nakajima will indulge in "samosas" and "dosas." He will also visit an acting training school in Mumbai founded by director Anupam Kher, and interview aspiring Indian actors.

The fourth episode of "Nakajima Kento Movie Traveler" will air on WOWOW Prime from midnight on October 12th. It will be available on WOWOW On Demand from midnight on September 30th.
