The story of "Omusubi" is about the heroine Yoneda Yui (Hashimoto), who was born on the day the era name changed to "Heisei", growing up as a gal in Fukuoka, and aiming to become a registered dietitian in Kansai due to a certain incident.
On the 6th, TVer started streaming "Look Back and He's There" (Fuji TV), which was broadcast in 1993 and co-starred Oda Yuji and Ishiguro Ken. This is the first time it has been streamed on TVer as part of TVer's regular "Classic Drama Special". "Look Back and He's There" was the first time that Mitani Koki has worked on a full-scale serial drama.
