Singer Kawanaka Miyuki will be appearing on Kuroyanagi Tetsuko's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will air from 1pm on September 9th. Now 68 years old and 47 years since her debut, Kawanaka will talk about the lessons she learned after falling at home last year and breaking her hip.

Kawanaka is surrounded by many energetic friends, and seeing them made her want to make her life more vibrant from now on. She is absorbed in many hobbies, and one of her hobbies is candle making, which she has been doing for many years and is constantly evolving, and Kuroyanagi was delighted with the candles she brought with her.

Kawanaka says she has been influenced by many seniors up until now, and will talk about what she learned from Oh Sadaharu and her memories of her great senior, Yashiro Aki, who passed away last year.
