To commemorate the release of the film "Let's Talk About Suomi" directed by Mitani Koki and starring Nagasawa Masami on September 13th, "Look Back and He's There" (Fuji TV), which was written by Mitani and co-starred Oda Yuji and Ishiguro Ken in 1993, will be broadcast on the station's rebroadcast time slot "Happy Hour" (Kanto local, weekdays 1:50pm-3:45pm) from September 6th (2:48pm on the 6th).

"Look Back and He's There" is Mitani's first full-scale serial drama. Dr. Ishikawa Gen (Ishiguro), who came to the private general Tenshinro Hospital from Kansas University in the United States, could not hide his shock at the sight of the genius doctor Shiba Kotaro (Oda), who calmly behaves as if he is ignoring the suffering patients. However, the head of surgery, Nakagawa Junichi (Kaga Takeshi), accepted Shiba, despite knowing about his cold-blooded actions. Ishikawa and Shiba become deeply involved as members of the same medical crew at Tenshinro Hospital. Unable to understand each other's ideals, they repeatedly clash violently... and so the story unfolds.

In addition to Oda, Ishiguro, and Kaga, the cast also includes Sendou Akiho, Matsushita Yuki, Nishimura Masahiko, Nakamura Azusa, and Sato Bsaku. The theme song is "YAH YAH YAH" by CHAGE & ASKA. The production was directed by Wakamatsu Setsurō, Kono Keita, and Kinoshita Takao, and produced by Sekiguchi Shizuo.
