A new story visual has been released for the TV anime "Atelier of Witch Hat," which is based on the manga by Kamome Shirahama. The visual is for the broadcast of episode 10, "Silver Promise," on June 8th, and features scenes of Tata and Coco, the boys who work at the magic materials shop.
In episode 10, Tata has to use magic to find a medicine that is difficult to distinguish by anything other than color, because Coco has fallen ill from being too engrossed in practicing magic. Coco, who went from being an "unknown" to a sorceress's apprentice, and Tata, who has silver vision and sees everything covered in silver, are two people with characteristics different from other sorcerers, and they face their own difficulties.
"Atelier of Witch Hat" tells the story of Coco, a girl who longs to be a wizard, as she steps into the mysterious world of magic. The series began serialization in "Monthly Morning Two" (Kodansha) in 2016, and has sold over 9 million copies worldwide. It has been selected for manga awards in France, Spain, South Korea, and other countries, and in 2020 won the Eisner Award for Best Asian Work, attracting attention from around the world.
The TV anime is currently airing on TOKYO MX and other channels.
