A Gunpla (plastic model) of the Boost Raider Gundam, which appears in "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED ECLIPSE," the official spin-off of the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED," will be released as "FULL MECHANICS 1/100 Boost Raider Gundam" from Bandai Spirits' "FULL MECHANICS" series. The price is 6,820 yen.
Based on the "FULL MECHANICS 1/100 Raider Gundam," the Boost Raider Gundam has been made into a three-dimensional model that also has characteristics of the Calamity Gundam and Forbidden Gundam. It reproduces the gimmicks of the machine drawn by mecha designer Junichi Akutsu, and transforms into an MA form that resembles a bird of prey.
It is equipped with an optical weapon unit called Mimir attached to the head, a 100mm energy cannon called Zorn in the mouth, a 125mm twin high-energy long-range beam cannon called Schlag, an 88mm railgun called Ekzahn, a claw called Sarastro in the arm, an energy deflection mechanism called the Geschmaidig Legion, a 52mm ultra-high muzzle velocity cannon, an M417 80mm machine gun, and an M2M3 76mm machine gun.
Preorders will be accepted from noon on August 26th on Bandai Namco Group's official shopping site, Premium Bandai. Shipment is scheduled for December.
