The new "New York" version of Mitsui Fudosan's "Mitsui no Suzu-chan" commercial series starring actress Suzu Hirose has been released. This is the first overseas version of the commercial in the series, and was filmed in New York. Hirose will be introducing the appeal of Mitsui Fudosan's urban development while enjoying New York, which she visited for the first time.
The "Mitsui no Suzu-chan" series uses an instrumental cover of the popular rock band "Mr.Children's" "Namonaki Uta," but this time the commercial is livened up with a jazz arrangement. Making-of and interview footage have also been released.
