The Freedom Gundam figure from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, METAL BUILD Freedom Gundam CONCEPT 2 (Bandai Spirits), will be re-released in December. This popular item was released in August 2020 and costs 35,200 yen.
This is a revamped version of the Freedom Gundam figure released in 2012. Aiming to create "the strongest Freedom Gundam reborn with a completely different concept from the previous one" and "a silhouette with a dynamic wing-like feel," the silhouette has been revised and new gimmicks have been added to each weapon.
The wings on the back have a dynamic, voluminous silhouette thanks to their movable front and back axes. The weapon deployment structure has been revised to create wings that spread out from the center and a cannon barrel that does not bend, just like in the anime. By reconsidering the movable axis of the Balaena Plasma Converging Beam Cannon, it is possible to recreate a Heimat Full Burst that is closer to the impression seen in the anime.
It comes with a beam rifle, beam saber, beam saber effect, shield, etc. Total height is approximately 18cm.
