Actress Keiko Kitagawa attended the PR presentation for the "CITIZEN xC KEIKO KITAGAWA Limited Model" held in Tokyo on October 2nd. Kitagawa, who has been the image character for the ladies' watch brand "CITIZEN xC" for 14 years, revealed her relationship with watches, which her husband, musician DAIGO, found "suspicious."
Kitagawa, who owns more than 20 watches from the same brand and always wears one at home, said, "My husband was suspicious of me, so I realized that I put on the watch as soon as I wake up in the morning, and even while I sleep. I only take it off when I take a bath, and then I put the watch back on with my pajamas..." She confessed that she wears a watch all day long. "When I'm holding my child while he's sleeping, if he says it hurts, I take it off," she said with a smile.
He said he chooses his watch according to his mood that day and the occasion, saying, "I wear this when I'm wearing a suit at the kindergarten entrance ceremony, and this when I'm meeting the cast members for a TV drama series because it gives a more formal look."
