The Japan premiere of the film "Bomb" (directed by Nagai Satoshi, to be released on October 31st), starring actor Yuki Yamada, was held in Tokyo on October 2nd, with Yamada, Sairi Ito, Sometani Shota, Ryota Bando, Kanichiro, Atsuro Watabe, Sato Jiro and others in attendance.
The original work is the best-selling novel of the same name by Wu Shenghao (Kodansha), which won two awards in the "This Mystery is Amazing! 2023 Edition" and "I Want to Read Mystery 2023 Edition." Director Nagai, who has worked on "The Emperor's Club" (2017), "Love is Like After the Rain" (2018), and "Character" (2021), has adapted it into a live-action film. It is an "extreme real-time mystery" that depicts the battle between Suzuki Tagosaku, a middle-aged man who foretells the presence of a bomb planted in Tokyo, and the police searching for the bomb's location.
