A Teaser trailer for the film " You are there, beyond the top " (directed by Junji Sakamoto, scheduled for release on October 31st), starring actress Sayuri Yoshinaga, has been released.
The film is based on the true story of Tabei Junko, the first woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest. After achieving her glorious feat, Tabei Junko was given a prognosis in her later years that she only had a short time left to live, but she continued to challenge the "top" with a cheerful smile, drawing her family, friends and those around her. The film tells the story of Tabe Junko and her family. The main character, Tabe Junko, is played by Yoshinaga, her husband Masaaki, who supports her, is played by Koichi Sato, Kitayama Etsuko, who was her partner in the Everest climb, is played by Yuki Amami Yuki, and Junko's youth is played by Non. Other cast members include Fumino Kimura, Mizuki Kayashima, Ryuya Wakaba and Kudo Asuka.
