It has been announced that the first two episodes of the third season of the TV anime "Shosetsuka ni Naro : Mushoku Tensei," titled "Mushoku Tensei III: Even If I Go to Another World, I'll Still Seriously Try," which is based on a popular light novel that originated on the novel submission site "Shosetsuka ni Narou," will be broadcast consecutively on the first day of the season. The voice actors for the new characters appearing in the "Ellis Training Arc" have also been announced. It has been revealed that Katsuyuki Konishi will play Aubert Corvette, a practitioner of the "Northern God Style" of swordsmanship who holds the title of "Northern Emperor," Yoko Hikasa will play Isolde Cruel, a practitioner of the "Water God Style" of swordsmanship and the disciple and granddaughter of "Water God" Leida Riya, and Mari Yokoo will play Leida Riya, Isolde's master and grandmother who is also a master of the Water God Style and holds the title of "Water God."

As a swordsman of the Suijin-ryu style, I wanted to portray her as a woman who speaks, moves, and fights in a way that flows like water, and at times possesses the intensity of a raging torrent. The three completely different styles of Isolde, Ellis, and Nina come together to create an unfathomable sense of boundless breadth and mystery, so I will be feeling the atmosphere created by Kakuma (Ai) and Tomatsu (Haruka) with my skin and heart. Yokoo commented, "I'm Yokoo Mari, playing the role of Reida. As a practitioner of the Suijin-ryu style, I think I'll be fighting in the future, but my disciple Isolde is doing a great job so I'm having an easy time (laughs). She's small and has a cute (?) side to her, so I enjoyed playing her. I myself am looking forward to seeing what kind of battles will unfold. I hope you all look forward to it as well."
From episode 3, airing on July 12th, the "Youth Arc of Rudeus, " centering on the protagonist Rudeus, will begin. It has been announced that an advance screening event for episodes 3 and 4 will be held on July 11th. A stage greeting will be held at TOHO Cinemas Hibiya (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), with Yumi Uchiyama (voice of Rudeus ), Tomokazu Sugita(voice of the man from his past life), Konomi Kohara(voice of Roxy), and Ai Kayano(voice of Sylphiette) in attendance.
"Mushoku Tensei" is a light novel by Rifujin na Magote, which began serialization on "Shosetsuka ni Naro" in 2012. The story follows a 34-year-old unemployed man who dies but is reborn in a fantasy world of swords and magic, where he uses his intelligence and regrets from his previous life to start a new life. It is a popular work considered a pioneer of "Narou-kei" light novels, and has been published in book form by MF Books (KADOKAWA), with a manga adaptation also being produced. The series has sold over 18 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired from January to March 2021 for the first cour and from October to December of the same year, and the high-quality animation produced by Studio Bind, an animation production company established specifically for the series, also became a topic of discussion. The first cour of the second season aired from July to September 2023, and the second cour aired from April to June 2024.
