The 21st episode of "Detective Precure!", the 23rd installment of the popular anime "Precure" series, titled "The Case Files of Detective Ellie, Continued!?", will air on ABC TV and TV Asahi on June 21st at 8:30 AM. Episode 21 marks the beginning of the Cure Eclair arc.
Eliza Kurusu has returned to the Kyut Detective Agency. Eliza, who has declared to Anna and the others that she will become a detective, explains that the smile of the client who found the lost cat Miko in the past ignited her detective spirit, and pleads with them to let her join the detective agency. As Anna and the others look on in surprise, Eliza's editor, Yoriko Henmi, follows her. With the deadline for her novel approaching, Henmi tries to take Eliza back, but Mikuru, seeing this, tells her that "to join the agency, there is a tough test in which you must solve a case that has been assigned to you."
However, the client never shows up. In the meantime, Eliza is given a tour of the office and notices a photograph of a blue butterfly that Anna and the others found at the water intake tower, when Pochitan suddenly cries out. Henmi's cell phone has a "Detective Ellie" plush toy strap attached to it, and because it contains the Makoto Jewel, it gets stolen.
