It Shosetsuka ni Naro been announced that the TV anime "The Banished Cheat-Enchanting Magician Enjoys a Carefree Second Life. ~I can grant 'enhancement points' not only to weapons, but to everything, and I can cancel the effects whenever I want, but are the people left behind okay?~ (Cheat Enchantment)," based on a popular work that originated on the novel submission site "Shosetsuka ni Narou," will begin airing on TV Tokyo in October. In addition to Daiki Yamashita voicing the main character, Rain Garland, it has been announced that Lynn, Yoshino Aoyama, Megumi Han Tomita, Nobuhiko Okamoto Han, Konomi Kohara , Nobuhiko Okamoto, Makoto Furukawa, and Rie Shibata will also be appearing as voice actors.
Lynn will play the adventurer Lily Flambell, Aoyama will play Margaret Els, a B-rank adventurer belonging to "The Emperor's Shield", Tomita Miyu will play the assassin Mirabelle, Han will play the guild master Elsie Zola, Ohara will play the guild receptionist Nina, Okamoto will play half of the adventurers belonging to "The King's Fang", Furukawa will play Cornelius, an adventurer belonging to "The King's Fang", and Shibata will play the mother of assassins, a famous assassin who has been working in the assassination business for generations.
The main staff has also been announced, with Osamu Honma, known for "Ya Boy Kongming!" and "Mayonaka Punch," serving as director, and Yoko Yoneuchiyama, also known for "Ya Boy Kongming!" and "Skip and Loafer," handling series composition. Yuto Kiyosawa and Masami Goda will be in charge of character design and chief animation direction.
A teaser visual has also been released, depicting Rain, Lily, and Margaret staring intently at "something." A teaser PV has also been released, showing Rain, who was unjustly expelled from the guild, meeting S-rank adventurer Lily and taking his first steps towards the adventure he has always longed for. With the members of the Blue Crystal Guild, with whom Rain becomes involved, and other characters harboring danger and madness appearing one after another, the story shows signs of being anything but straightforward.
"Cheat Granting" tells the story of a magician with no combat experience who is expelled from his guild and starts a new life as an adventurer using magic that allows him to turn anything into cheat equipment. In a world where magic and science coexist, chaotic gags and profound human drama intertwine, and theories from core fans are also gaining popularity. A manga adaptation is serialized on the website "Tsuki Maga Kichi" (Kodansha), and the novel's author, Asa Rokushima, has stated, "Please note that the content of the novel version and the manga version are about 99% different," indicating that the novel and manga versions depict different stories, and the unpredictable plot has made them popular.
The anime will be produced by PAWORKS, known for works such as "true tears" and "SHIROBAKO".

When I read the manga for the audition, I enjoyed reading it while thinking to myself, "What's with this laid-back art style! What kind of protagonist is this! And what's going on with everyone around them!?" I never dreamed that I would be entrusted with the role of Lily, and during the voice recording, I was dizzy with excitement, wondering if I was dreaming, but I did my best every time! ◇ Yoshino Aoyama, who plays the role of Margaret Else
Hello, I'm Yoshino Aoyama, and I'll be voicing Margaret. Her strength was forged through the intense sense of loss and regret she felt after losing someone dear to her, and the despair that lay beneath her seemingly carefree exterior. I did my best to express that resolve through my voice. I'm confident that Rain and his friends' grand adventure will bring much courage, smiles (and confusion) to everyone who watches this series. I'm Tomita Miyu, and I'll be playing the role of Mirabelle. When I heard about the audition, I remember thinking, "Wow, this is an audition for an incredible project...!" I was told to "do something that would be considered too much and get you told it's a no-go on other sets," so I broke all my inhibitions and focused on being as bold as possible during the recording. This is a show with such momentum that I think it might leave the viewers behind, so I hope you'll all be able to keep up with it!

◇Rie Shibata, who plays the role of the mother in the assassination
When I first read the script, I had absolutely no idea what it was about. Afterwards, I read the original manga, but I still didn't understand it. But even though I didn't understand it, it was interesting. I read it avidly. Apparently, my character is a "toxic parent." And this daughter is trying to become independent from her toxic parent. But still, "Assassination Mother" --? But as I continued reading, I found this mother incredibly endearing. She's serious, devoted, desperate, and cute. I completely fell in love with her. And then there was the recording session. The passion of the voice actors was incredible! And their ability to express such a wide range of emotions with just their voices was amazing! I was moved throughout the recording. I really want everyone to see it. I'm sure it will be an even more interesting work than the manga.

It was at the beginning of 2023 that we approached Kodansha with the request, "Please let us animate Chi-Tsuke!" The editor in charge brought up the idea of an animated adaptation to the animation department, and after a wry smile, the project started shortly afterward.
