To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the start of broadcasting for the popular anime "Yuri on Ice," which has a figure skating theme, a newly drawn visual has been released. The illustration, drawn by character designer Tadashi Hiramatsu, depicts the main character Yuri Katsuki, Yuri Plisetsky, Otabek Altin, Christophe Giacometti, Jean-Jacques Leroy, and Phichit Chulanont, who competed in the Grand Prix Final, as well as Yuri's coach and five-time world champion Victor Nikiforov. The visual is set during the free skating program of the Grand Prix Final, and expresses the lives of the skaters, the allure of figure skating, and the brilliance of the athletes on the ice.

It was also announced that a Blu-ray disc (BD) and CD box set, "Yuri on Ice 10th anniversary SPECIAL Blu-ray & CD BOX," featuring a 10th-anniversary visual on the jacket, will be released on December 23rd. In addition to the anime itself and past bonus footage, it will include newly filmed special footage. One of the special videos will feature Stéphane Lambiel, the silver medalist at the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics and Shoma Uno's coach, performing Yuri Katsuki's free skating routine. Lambiel also appeared in the TV anime as himself, a reporter on location, making this a special collaboration video that has come to fruition after approximately 10 years.

It was also announced that a major exhibition will be held this winter. Further details will be announced in the future.

Stickers featuring the 10th-anniversary visual will be distributed at "Taiyo Life Presents Fantasy on Ice 2026 in MAKUHARI," which will be held on May 30th and 31st at the Makuhari Event Hall of Makuhari Messe (Mihama-ku, Chiba City). The sticker design has also been revealed.

"Yuri on Ice" is a TV anime that aired on TV Asahi and other channels from October to December 2016. The story follows the protagonist, Yuri Katsuki, who suffers a crushing defeat at the Grand Prix Final, carrying the hopes of all Japan, and returns to his hometown in Kyushu. There, he enlists the help of the "living legend" Victor Nikiforov as his coach and takes on the Grand Prix Series...

Manga artist Mitsurou Kubo and Sayo Yamamoto, known for works such as "LUPIN the Third -The Woman Called Fujiko Mine-," created the original concept, with Yamamoto serving as series composition and director. Kubo was in charge of the storyboards (script draft) and character designs, while Hiramatsu handled the character designs. MAPPA produced the animation.
