The seventh episode of the TBS Sunday drama "GIFT," starring actor Shinichi Tsutsumi, will air on May 24th (Sundays at 9 PM).
In the previous episode... Go Tetsu (Tsutsumi) is shaken when his ex-wife, Hiroe (Yamaguchi Tomoko), reveals that Sou (Tamamori Yuta), a staff member of the "Blaze Bulls," is his son.
During the Bulls' training camp, Wu Tie, facing Hao, revealed his true feelings, saying, "I don't want to carry any unnecessary burdens." Hao retorted, "Even if they're unnecessary, I'm still your son," but he couldn't hide his shock.
After a change of heart, Wu Tie invited Hao to a public bath. While bathing with Hao, Wu Tie apologized for feeling burdened by the idea that he "had to be a father." He then suggested to Hao, "It's a little late, but how about we try being a new kind of father and son?"
In episode 7... Nakayama (Rintaro Hachimura) and Bando's (Keitatsu Koshiyama) sister, Aoba (Chiharu Ikegoshi), gets married. The Bulls members also attend the wedding and offer their congratulations.
With 60 days until the Japanese Championships, Gotetsu, whose goal is to "defeat the Sharks," invites former Shark member Bradley (played by Kazuki Sawai) to practice with him to strategize. Meanwhile, as a father, he doesn't know how to interact with his son, So. Hiroe then suggests that Gotetsu live with her.
