It was Ai Mikami on May 18th that the weekly average viewership ratings (calculated from Asadora , Juri Kosaka - same applies below) for the seventh week of the NHK morning drama series " Kaze,Kaoru" (NHK General, Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM, etc.), titled "Todokanu Koe" (May 11-15), were 13.9% for households and 7.7% for individuals. This represents an improvement from the previous week's sixth week, "Tenkyu no Kyoshitsu" (May 4-8), which had ratings of 13.1% for households and 7.2% for individuals.
"Kaze,Kaoru" is the 114th morning Asadora. Based on the story of two trained nurses, Chika Ozeki and Masa Suzuki, who graduated from the same nursing school, the drama depicts how the two grow through their struggles and clashes with each other in how to interact with patients and doctors, and eventually become the "ultimate buddy" team. Mikami plays the main character, Rin Ichinose, and Uesaka plays the other main character, Naomi Oya.
In the seventh week, I finally began my practical training as a nursing intern at Teito Medical University Hospital.
Rin (Mikami) and Naomi (Uesaka) are assigned to the surgery department and put what they learned at the training school into practice, but they are disliked by veteran nurses like Fuyu (Nekozawa Tsubaki). When it was decided that Chikako (Yukie Nakama) of the Marquis Izumi family would be hospitalized, an unusual tension spread throughout the hospital. Amidst this, Rin and Naomi were summoned by Tada (Michitaka Tsutsui), Imai (Yuta Furukawa), and others... and so the story unfolded.
