To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the popular anime "Mr. Osomatsu ," the event visual for the special event "10th ANNIVERSARY OSOMATSUSAN SPECIAL 6DAYS Opening Festival," to be held on June 6th, has been released. The visual features 12 characters, including the six Matsuno brothers, and expresses their feelings about the 10th anniversary and what lies ahead. It was also announced that acrylic keychains designed with the 10th-anniversary logo will be distributed as a special gift to attendees of the limited-time screenings held for six days starting June 6th.
The event will consist of six performances held at three venues: Shinjuku Piccadilly (Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo), Marunouchi Piccadilly (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo), and Kawasaki Cinecitta (Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City). In addition to the voice Takahiro Sakurai for the six brothers, Yuichi Nakamura as Osomatsu , Hiroshi Kamiya as Karamatsu , Hiroshi Kamiya as Choromatsu , Jyushimatsu Jun Fukuyama as Ichimatsu , Daisuke Ono Ono as Miyu Irino, and Miyu Aya Endo as Todomatsu , the voice cast will also appear, divided into "older brother team" and "younger brother team," including Aya Endo as Totoko, Yuki Kokuryu as Chibita, Yoji Ueda as Dekapan, Nobuo Tobita as Dayoon, and Momoko Saito as Hatabou.
The event will feature a special screening of episode 13 (the final episode) of season 4, which has never been aired before. In addition, episode 3, "Thunderstorm and Crew Cut," which was voted the number one "favorite episode of season 4" in a "Matsumoto General Meeting Survey" conducted by fans and staff, will also be screened.
From June 6th for six days, a limited-time screening of episode 13 (the final episode) of the fourth season, episode 3 "Thunderstorm and Crew Cut," will be held in movie theaters nationwide as part of "10th ANNIVERSARY OSOMATSUSAN SPECIAL 6DAYS."
" Mr. Osomatsu san" is based on Fujio Akatsuka's gag manga "Osomatsu kun." It depicts the daily lives of the six brothers as adults, and its outrageous gags have made it popular, especially among female anime fans.
The first season of the TV anime aired from October 2015 to March 2016, the second season from October 2017 to March 2018, the third season from October 2020 to March 2021, and the fourth season from July to September 2025. The theatrical film "Osomatsu San Movie" was released in March 2019. To commemorate the 6th anniversary, the first new anime film, "Mr. Osomatsu-san: The Hippo Tribe and the Shining Fruit," was screened in theaters in July 2022, and the second, "Mr. Osomatsu-san: The Soulful Takoyaki Party and the Legendary Sleepover," was screened in theaters in July 2023.
