Actress Kasumi Arimura will appear on "Sunday's First-Time Learning" (MBS/TBS network, Sundays at 10 PM) on May 3rd.
The video features Yuki Yamada, who has co-starred with Mitsuki Takahata four times, and her close friend of 12 years. Yamada talks about the days when they rehearsed dozens of times under the direction of Ryuichi Hiroki for the movie "Strobe Edge," and recalls that this experience has become the foundation for both of them as actors today.
Takahata spoke passionately about Arimura's private life, revealing a family-like bond, saying that Arimura rushed to her side the day after Takahata gave birth. In the preview video, Takahata reveals Arimura's true personality, saying, "I don't think people have the image of Arimura saying 'Why?!', but she can do that kind of neutral thing (laughs)."
Furthermore, he reveals details about his acting career, which he describes as a series of "trials," and the lowest point he's ever experienced.
