It has been announced that a fourth season of the anime "Hyakushō Kizoku," based on an agricultural essay manga by Hiromu Arakawa, known for works such as "Fullmetal Alchemist" and "Silver Spoon," will be produced.
"Hyakushō Kizoku" (Peasant Aristocrat) is an agricultural essay manga based on Arakawa's experiences in Hokkaido, serialized in the manga magazine "Wings" (Shinshokan). It depicts the harsh realities of Japanese dairy farming and the tough and powerful way of life of farmers, along with hilarious episodes. The comic books have sold over 5.2 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired from July to September 2023, the second season from October to December 2024, and the third season from October to December 2025.
