Model Yu Yamada attended the rebranding and new product launch event for the hair care brand "Cleo's Beaute" held in Tokyo on April 22nd. She revealed how she changes her mindset when she loses confidence.
Ms. Yamada made a glamorous entrance down the grand staircase wearing a white sleeveless dress. She then engaged in a talk session with Chihiro Nakata, CEO of Boldies, the company that operates the brand.
When asked, "Are there moments when even you, Yamada-san, lose confidence?", Yamada confessed, "Sometimes I get down on myself for something I said. Like, 'I shouldn't have said that,' or 'I should have said it this way instead.'" He also revealed, "When I was working as an actor, there were quite a few times when I thought, 'I should have done it this way.'"
When asked if there was a way to regain her confidence, Yamada explained, "Basically, I'm a positive person, so I tell myself positive things like, 'It's going to be okay,' or 'I can do it tomorrow.' I accumulate those kinds of thoughts and then switch gears."
"I've been doing this with a 'no worries' attitude. It helps me to switch gears in a good way," he said with a smile.
Cleo's Beaute was launched in April 2022. It has gained support from women who want salon-quality results at home, and last year the brand's cumulative sales exceeded 1 million units. This time, a rebranding has been implemented, with a renewal of the formula, bottle design, and fragrance.
