Yoko Shogenji of the idol group Hinatazaka46 will appear on the cover of the April 30th issue of the mook "Gravure Champion" (Akita Shoten). This will be Shogenji's second time appearing on the cover of the magazine. The issue will also include a long interview in which she talks about her resolve to carry the future of the group on her shoulders.
"Thank you for (being on the cover for the second time)! The aquarium (where we did the photoshoot this time) is actually a place full of memories for me. I've always loved aquariums and used to go to them often when I lived in my hometown, but when I moved to Tokyo and didn't know my way around, I searched for 'Tokyo aquariums' and that was the first aquarium I ever visited. It was one of the places I found during a time when I was looking for something like a 'place of comfort' in Tokyo, so I was very happy to be able to go there again for the photoshoot," she commented.
The issue also features Sumire Miyaji from Hinatazaka46, Ririka Fukui from CANDY TUNE, Erina Takashima from Amaimono Tsumeawase and CLIONE, Sayuri Date, and Hime Sawada.
