Episode 69, "The Watchtower Keeper," of the TV anime "Re:Zero," which is based on the light novels published by MF Bunko J (KADOKAWA), will air on TOKYO MX and other channels starting April 22nd.
A distortion in space caused by dark magic sends Subaru flying underground beneath the sand dunes, where he is woken up by Ram. He reunites with Collar Dona and Patrasche, but is separated from Emilia, Rem, and Beatrice. He confirms that Rem, who is immobilized by the twins' synesthesia, is safe, but there is no exit nearby. "Re:Zero" is based on a light novel series written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka. The story follows Subaru, a high school student who is summoned to another world and gains the ability to rewind time whenever he dies. The original series has sold over 16 million copies.
The fourth season of the TV anime, "4th season," is currently airing on TOKYO MX and other channels. The fourth season consists of 19 episodes in total: "Loss Arc" (11 episodes) and "Reclamation Arc" (8 episodes). "Loss Arc" is currently airing, and "Reclamation Arc" will begin airing on August 12th.
