On March 4th, Nippon Television held a briefing at its headquarters (Minato Ward, Tokyo) regarding the April 2026 programming changes. Producer Moeto Kashiwabara of "timelesz Familia," the program featuring the popular group "timelesz," whose broadcast time will be extended from April, spoke about his thoughts on the matter.
"Timelesz Familia," which is currently broadcast every Monday from 12:29 to 12:54 a.m., will become a 60-minute program starting April 19th and will be broadcast on Sundays from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. The variety show aims to create a large circle of "familia" that will invigorate Japan by having timelesz meet, learn from, and become friends with "people with interesting ways of life" in Japan.
Producer Kashiwara said, "I believe that timelesz's program is currently being broadcast on various stations, but I am 32 years old and the director, Suhara (Sho), is 35, so I think that the program is being run by the youngest members of each station." He explained, "It's not something that the company has told us to do, but I think that we have been entrusted with the program while looking to the future."
Regarding timelesz, he commented, "There are times when I feel they are facing a lot of adversity and headwinds, but they are sincerely facing the program and are working hard and simply doing their best at what is in front of them, so I really want to support them." He continued, "Though they are facing headwinds, I hope this program can become a presence that pushes them forward like a tailwind. I also hope that it can become a presence like a warm home that can protect them even when headwinds blow."
He stated that his goal is to "make timelesz a national star," and enthusiastically stated, "I want to create a program that will really get people excited."
