SUZUKA from the dance and vocal unit "Atarashii Gakko!" will be on the cover of the April issue of "GINZA" (Magazine House), a women's fashion and culture magazine, which will be released on March 12th.
The special theme of this issue is "Spring fashion will change me!". SUZUKA, who appears on the cover and in the opening feature, takes off her trademark sailor uniform and wears the latest spring looks. A long interview with SUZUKA is also included.
The editorial department of "GINZA" revealed an anecdote about the shoot, saying, "SUZUKA decided to take on her first fashion shoot. We would like you to read the interview in this magazine to find out how she came to this decision, but what impressed all of us in the editorial department and on the staff was the passion with which she approached the project. As this was a shoot with staff members she was meeting for the first time, she held an online meeting beforehand and listened to suggestions from GINZA."
She said that the shoot involved SUZUKA in a variety of outfits, including mini dresses and sets. "By the time the shoot was over, I could almost see the SUZUKA in her sailor uniform and the SUZUKA dancing in front of me in her new fashions as two completely different people. It was a special time for me to be exposed to her diverse talents and positive attitude, and it gave me the energy to encourage her to take on new challenges," she said.
