The rent for the newly built apartment, which is 220 square meters and 3 bedrooms and located in a prime location in Tokyo, is said to exceed 2 million yen, but she revealed that she and her husband, professional baseball player Takahashi Keiji of the Yakult Swallows, are splitting the cost, adding, "That's also motivation, so we'll do our best to make sure we can both afford it."
When asked by MC Kanda Aika why she hadn't bought a new house, she replied, "My husband is a baseball player, so we get to go to a lot of different places, and I run a company so I can save on taxes." She also revealed, "Also, we have a large house because we have children, but when it's just the two of us (my husband and I), I think it would be okay if it was a little smaller."
