To celebrate the third anniversary of the official YouTube channel for the popular anime "Crayon Shin-chan," the Saitama Kurenai Sasori Squad, a trio of delinquent girls from Kasukabe who appear in the series, are taking over the channel for a limited time. It has been announced that nine carefully selected episodes featuring the Kurenai Sasori Squad will be premiered on YouTube from 7 PM on February 25th under the title "3rd Anniversary Special Project: Kurenai Sasori Squad Entrance Exam - 9 Selected Episodes." A quiz titled "Saitama Kurenai Sasori Squad Entrance Exam" will also be asked from the episodes.
The nine videos to be streamed are "I'm the Master of the Crimson Scorpions," "The Path of Love is Tough," "My Master and I Run Away," "The Crimson Scorpions Working Part-Time at the Pool," "The Crimson Scorpions Babysit," "The Crimson Scorpions Go Yo-Yo Fishing," "Cell Phones Are Convenient," "Duel! The Crimson Scorpions," and "The Crimson Scorpions vs. the Loose Socks Scorpions."
"Crayon Shin-chan" is based on a manga by Yoshito Usui. The TV anime began in 1992, and the first animated film, "Crayon Shin-chan: Action Kamen vs. the High-Heeled Demon King," was released in 1993. The latest film, "Crayon Shin-chan the Movie: Strange and Mysterious! My Monster Vacation," will be released on July 31st.
