It has been announced that the TV anime "Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter Agent: Spring Dance," based on the light novel by Akatsuki Kana, who is also known for the anime adaptation "Violet Evergarden," will begin airing on TOKYO MX, MBS, and other stations from March 28th. It has also been announced that Natsume will sing the opening theme "Petals" and the ending theme "Hanaikada," both of which are by Vocaloid producer Orangestar, and the main promotional videos featuring the two songs have been released on YouTube.
The main visuals were also released, depicting the spring representative, Kayo Hinagiku, the spring guard, Himedaka Sakura, the winter representative, Kantsubaki Rousei, and the winter guard, Kangetsu Itecho.
"Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter Agent: Spring Dance" tells the story of the "Season Agent," who travels through the seasons using special powers granted to him by the gods of the four seasons, and the loss and revival of his guardian. Ten years have passed since the spring agent, Hanaba Hinagiku, went missing, and spring has vanished. For the next ten years, the spring guardian, Himetaka Sakura, has desperately searched for her, but one day Hinagiku suddenly returns, setting the story in motion. The light novel is published by Dengeki Bunko (KADOKAWA). The anime is produced by WIT STUDIO, known for "Attack on Titan" and "SPY x FAMILY."
