The Gunpla "MG 1/100 Enhanced Double Zeta Gundam Ver.Ka" (Bandai Spirits), based on the Enhanced ZZ (Double Zeta) Gundam from the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ," will be resold on the Bandai Namco Group shopping site "Premium Bandai" for 9,350 yen.
This plastic model from the "MG Ver.Ka" series, produced by designer Hajime Katoki, recreates the ZZ Gundam, which features a higher-output generator and increased thrust. It recreates the enlarged shoulder armor, arm shields, rear skirt, and calf parts with additional thrusters. The backpack's horizontal stabilizer, missile pods, and nozzles have been enlarged, and two large verniers have been added.
The slightly greenish body color, reminiscent of the anime's coloring, is reproduced in the molding color. Double beam rifle and beam saber are included. The ZZ Gundam in the anime color image can also be reproduced by selecting the option. Pre-orders will be accepted from 11:00 AM on February 12th at "Premium Bandai". Shipping is scheduled for April.
