On January 27th, talent Tamao Sato appeared on Abema's variety show "Love Hyena Season 5," where she revealed the surprising methods used when being wooed and her experiences of romantic hell.
This time, the show aired a close-up look at a "polygamous family" living in a luxurious mansion in Malaysia. In the studio, the guests watched the video and talked about topics such as "marriage and family" and "romantic hell."
Sato surprised everyone in the studio by revealing, "Actually, someone once asked me, 'Would you like to become my third wife?'" She explained that the man she was dating already had two wives, "One was a common-law foreign wife with two children, and the other (wife) lived in Kyoto and also had one child."
"I didn't want to have any disputes over assets, so I didn't register our marriage, but she said, 'How about being my third wife?' I was drunk so I don't know if she was serious, but she said, 'I'll buy you an apartment,'" he revealed, recounting an episode of being solicited by his "third wife."
When asked by Morita Tetsuya of the comedy duo "Saraba Seishun no Hikari" "How old were you at the time?", he answered "Recently...last year", causing a stir in the studio.
She also spoke about a real-life romantic crisis she had in her 20s. "I was in bed with my boyfriend when (suddenly) his ex-girlfriend came in. He told me to 'hide,' so I hid under the bed. I hid there for about 30 minutes..." she recalled, to which Morita commented, "You're talking about it like it was yesterday."
