Wings on a Tiger:With the announcement of the film adaptation, many are hoping for Yuzo to appear, with comments like "I hope he'll appear even just a little," and "I love Yuzo..."

It was revealed on January 28th that "Wings of the Tiger," the NHK morning drama starring Ito Sari that will air in the first half of 2024, will be adapted into a movie. The film will have a completely original story, including new episodes that were not fully depicted in the drama and a sequel that will unfold on a grand scale spanning time, leading to calls on social media for the appearance of "Yuzo-san," played by Nakano Taiga.

"Wings of a Tiger" is an original story based on the life of Yoshiko Mibuchi (1914-1984), Japan's first female lawyer and later a judge. It depicts the heroine Torako, played by Ito, and her companions carving out a path through difficult times and saving lost children and desperate women.

A spin-off drama, "Yamada Todoroki Law Office," starring popular characters Yamada Yone (played by Doi Shiori) and Todoroki Taichi (played by Tozuka Junki), will be broadcast in March of this year. The movie version, "Wings of the Tiger," is scheduled for release in 2027.

Yuzo, played by Nakano, married Torako and had a daughter, Yumi. However, he received a draft notice and headed to the battlefield, where he later died of illness in April 1946. He was never able to reunite with Torako.

On social media, people have been leaving comments such as, "I want to see Yuzo thinking about Torako again!!!", "I'd be happy if Yuzo appeared even just a little", "I want Yuzo and his older brother Naomichi to appear as well", "I love Yuzo..." and "Yuzo... will Yuzo appear...?"
